When you submit the quote request form, we collect: your name, phone number, the type of work you're enquiring about, and any message you write.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the requested building and maintenance services. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries is the core purpose of this form, and you've actively chosen to submit it.
We do not use your details for marketing emails or texts unless you separately and explicitly ask us to.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Google Fonts, used for the site's typography, may result in your IP address being shared with Google when the page loads — this is a standard technical function of loading web fonts, not tracking.
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a job goes ahead, for the duration of the work plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. We periodically remove old enquiries that didn't lead to a booking.
